Bug with 19 in pow and wis stat

There are a bug when you have 19 in wisdom/power stat, your grace/mana are less than when you have 18 in this respective stat.

Like if you had only 16 or 17 in this stat.

I try with all stat, and that's happen only with this 2 one.

I can't try with more 22 in stat.
