Yes, I do like them.  I've put them on my to-do list to have a play and see how they might fit into a mine-type setting, but will be a while before I get to actually do something with them (my list is quite long :D).

I would advise though, that you don't spend any more effort on them just now ... if it turns out that they don't fit into the game then it would be a shame to waste your time.  If someone does want to use them, then they can ask for exactly what they want (e.g. some broken sections of track, or whatever).

You clearly have a lot of graphic skill with 3D packages - have you considered making any mobs?  See Torchwood's artwork.

Hi,

sorry, i was gone during the weekend.

@Torchwood: yes ... i thought about making mobs some time ago ... but i absolutely have no skills in the area of animation ... armatures/bones and such stuff don't really work well for me
for the tracks: tell me if they work and could be put into daimonin ... if they do i'll add some more parts
i thought about polishing some of the old images but i'm not sure what i'll do first :)

I can't believe that cat!  Reason being, I have no artistic skill what-so-ever, but I seem to be able to use Blender to get reasonable (in my opinion!) mobs - but only if I can get a good image to use as background reference.  Your tracks are very good - so I bet you could do something with a mob!

well the tracks are ok for now ... but they could be better ;) (they are made using very basic knowledge)
with good reference material i may be able to model a mob but there's allways the rigging problem ... i never had the time to learn how to do it correctly ... i can use a model that is allready rigged but the problem is rigging itself ... maybe i get into rigging one day
well as i can see in all the artist stickies, there are may new mobs and people working on those ... so what do you need another mob creating artist for?

Well, there may be a lot of nice looking mobs the people are showing in their stickies, but there are only a few artists who are creating fully animated mobs which is what we need.

But fair enough!

I didn't find rigging too hard using Blender ... there were some good tutorials out there, and for the small image sizes we currently have you don't need to be too detailed with your rig.
