Wiki Wiki Patch

Having gotten very frustrated with Wiki Wiki markup I have drafted a functioning patch to make it better.

Try it here. PHP source included in HTML comments.

If I fix what I know has to be done, is it possible for this to be patch used? It will make designing the Wiki Wiki waaaaaay better.

This is basically michtoen's task, but he is extremely busy this week. I recommend you remind him of this once you meet in IRC.
