made my acc, keeps telling me my password is wrong or i need to make a character, wtf do i do.

First get your password right! Don't forget it's case sensitive.

If you have made your account, and logged into your account, then press "c" which should put you into the create a character mode. Then make sure that the character you make isn't called something the same as somone else. This is likewise for the account name.

Did you also create account for in the game? It isn't the same account as for the website. I had trouble with that at first also. When the game comes up and you get to the 'Create Account' and 'Login' buttons you must create a game account from there also. Hope this helps you.

Possibly he is getting hit by the reclaim? If that was your character name in B4, use your old B4 password. If not, choose a different name.
