Minor visual glitch [FIXED in 0.10.4]

Im saying its minor and visual cause i doubt it could lead to any serious problems, but bug is a bug ;)
When you put water for example, on floor and apply it few times and dont move from that place, stack that is on ground does not update its count. I.e. I drop 20 water, apply 10 times and i still see 20 water on ground.
