Title: Player Server Boards
Post by: voodoo_john on 14, April 2006, 00:35:50
Why not create Forums like Daimonin General (General talk for Daimonin's main server.)

I mean theres got to be Rules for forums to be "asked for"

Such as: How long its been up, How man players sign in everyday, or how many players have registered.

this way the board wont be flooded with board for servers who have gone out of date like last december.

that way player servers will be better to handle.

One of us is confused. Maybe we both are.

Daimonin General is not general talk about Daimonin's main server. It's general talk about Daimonin (and the wider Daimonin community.

Threads re the main server go to Server Daimonin (see my announcement in Daimonin General). The exceptions are clan-specific threads and auctions, both of which have their own forums (main server only).

Player server posts (all posts and all servers) get lumped in to the Player Servers forum.

A clue to the reason for this imbalance in forum numbers is in the words 'main' and 'unofficial'. :)

Stats for unofficial player servers could be hosted on the maintainers own website. I very much doubt that they'll ever be hosted on daimonin.net. Again the reasoning is probably clear if you think about the word 'unofficial'.
