Reforging - Ultima Scepter

Ok, I believe I must be extremely luck, I got one of the Ultima Scepters that Joe made (I believe it was him), now I've been reforging it and got it to 80 qua, the last steps where 28g each, I struggled a little, but managed to nice results, now I find that steps for 85 qua is 289g.

I wanted to know if that is on purpose, if then shall the grinding begin, but wanted to check if it's balanced as intended or not  :-[

A lot of discussion went into deciding on reforge costs between myself, Dolfo, and Shroud. The ultimate solution isn't perfect, but a big goal of 0.10.9 was to make quality/condition more impactful on gameplay.

We also don't have much in the way of incremental item upgrading yet, but I think this is a step in the right direction.

It's intentionally somewhat easy to turn a low-quality item into a decent one, but min-maxing items (especially unique items) should be a challenge.
