Looks like script has some problems. This lead to a stucking of one char and blocking all other chars, which want to use the train. I finally managed to get my chars unstucked, but that was a lot of work to do this.

So my first char bought the train ticket. I have waited for a train, but there was nothing happens.
At some point the npc was speaking about, you missed the train.
So i tried it again and this time i had seen the train. Didn't know that i must apply the train, so i leaved the train.
...
Later after server unloaded and reseted the map, i called another train. This time again there was nothing and also no speaking of the npc, like i missed the train. I don't know why, but i tried to walk on the railspot and suddenly my char was on this spot. And i got stucked. Speaking to npc, he said something, you must apply the train, you are the driver. But there was nothing to apply. So char was stucked.

I tried also another char, but this char could only sit on non driver places. I tried also pushing my first char. 

So at this point map has a stucked char and every other players can't ride the train, because this first char can't apply an invisible, not existing train.

Last try before contacting an admin was to test if the server could help, when unloading the map. So i loged out 20 or more minutes. Logging in again, my first still standing on that rail spot, with no no train and npc still speaking of apply the train. I logged out with this char and logged in with the other char.

Suddenly there was a train, i logged in with first char and seeing the train too. Trying to apply the train, now i got the message, you are not the train driver.

My second char, jumped on second place in train behind my other char and tried to apply the train. This worked, both char's traveled by train and were be freed at the destination.
