Everywhere i see npc and they all have nothing to say?

Think of a very basic EVA logic for all "statist" npc.
Here you need big output pool, think of 100 or later 1000? output ideas all npc's can randomly output.
Input logic could be very similar to defalut guards logic i described in other posting.

You can also implement hint's to secrets or talk about dev team in such an output pool.

Here are some examples.

"They said weather should become better soon."
"Why it's so often raining here?"
"I am afraid of the current situation in our world."
"I have visited x town yesterday."
"Clobber showed me here boot collection. She has so much boots."

...

These are only examples. The whole community can help here, posting some outputs, to reach a big pool.

Then all NPC's on every map can target a large default output pool.

Don't believe the shit, you hear in mainstream. Believe your own body. Your body is speaking always the true to you. But you need to understand your body. Hear to your body, not to your ego. And when body is calling to you: "Hey something is wrong!" find the reason(s) for that. Man in White don't go for that, they don't want to heal you. They want earn money and sell you medicine, you should take rest of your life. You are not the patient, you are their customer. Never forget this!
