I'm interested in knowing the order of things other players do once they start the game from level 1.

I typically do all the quests that I can find in Guild Hall. After that, I'll head to Stonehaven Village, the ant cave and fight those black wounded ants until a level once or twice.

Then I skip on over to the Giant Stronghold nearby and kill ogres and giants there until I reach level 11.

Once I get to Stoneglow, I go to Dark Cave to farm exp from the Wyverns.

A long time ago, I was level 26 and the furthest I had gotten was probably Fort Ghzal.

I'm just curious to know what other people do, because I think what I do might be different.

If wanting optimal approach here it what I would recommend.

1. Do all the quests in guild hall. Of particular importance are ones that give spells/skills of which magic bullet is essential
1.1. When you have enough money buy plenty of water. Bind it to a F key. This can provide instant healing and vastly increases survivability. Try to buy items from shops so each equipment slot is filled.
1.2. Get your spells setup. I would suggest either binding a macro to key e.g. "/cast magic bullet" bound to 1 (above q) or type "/ready_spell magic bullet" and then you can fire it in the direction of your choice with ctrl+direction
1.3. Keep an eye on Spell Fumble and make sure it's always negative

2. Go to Stonehaven Village and do all the quests there. You will need to get cure poison, minor healing, restoration and remove depletion.
2.1. Remember to apply an altar so you can cast prayers
2.2. Fight the Wounded Soldier Ants at the beginning of the Ant Well as they do 1 damage and give lots of XP. I recommend trying to get Ph/Wi/Ma up to around lvl 8 or so depending on how quickly you get XP

3. Go kill Ogres and/or Giants to get to lvl 11 so you can go to the human plane.
3.1 I recommend to get Ma to lvl 11

4. Go to Stoneglow via portal in Stonehaven
4.1. Go to Mages Guild and take quest to become a member. Complete quest.
4.2. Get to lvl 15 Ma. Then go to Mages Guild and accept quest to kill Fire Wyvern. The reward will be the Firestorm spell.

5. Go to Iluma and by the entrance you will see 4 Treants that are non-aggressive enemies with a weakness to fire attacks. They are lvl 50ish and you should be lvl 15. You can kill them with hit and run tactics using Firestorm and use water to heal/recover mana. Each kill should give 100 to 200k XP. You can quickly level up to around lvl 30ish.
5.1. When opening corpses traps will do enough damage to kill you from full HP so loot at your own risk
5.2. If you have a friend (or a second account) that can block the bridge to Iluma you can firestorm behind your friend and Treants will be unable to approach you making it easier than hit and run
5.3. The Brotherhood in Iluma has a trial to kill 3 mobs. Apart from the skeleton mage they have no ranged attacks and can't get past the gate so they can be sniped for XP too.
5.4. If you can get a hold of a Ring of (Greater) Fire/Ice/Storm this will boost your damage as you will have attuned: elemental. You only need 1 as effect cannot be stacked. The Greater varieties have a boost to melee damage but cost more to repair.

6. Once you're around lvl 35 or so go to Underground City. You'll aim to reach the Minotaur King and then snipe it from range. This should take you to around lvl 80 to 90ish and once again a friend/alt can block that passageway.
6.1. To reach Minotaur you need to kill the Undead Mage Smithy in top right corner of UC, then go to Drow Annihilator in bottom right corner and go through the invisible wall so you can go downstairs, then get chipped pearl from skeletal mage and then go in the coffin to go down to Minotaur's room.
6.2. Remember that extra quests become available in Mage's Guild as you increase in Ma level. When you return to town try to learn Icestorm, Firebolt, Lightning and Frostbolt. I think the lvl reqs are 30, 35, 50 and 80/100 Ma although I might have misremembered it.
6.3. Lighting and before that Firebolt may well be your best spell to use.

7. When around lvl 90 start farming in Mausoleum. It has plenty of drops and no linked mobs so should give good loot and good XP to take you to lvl 110
7.1. It's a PvP dungeon so be careful if you see another player

8. Level up secondary skills and look for special drops you need. This can be done at any point. It should be noted that raising divine prayers does increase survivability more than you would expect as max heal and amount of heals increases.

That's a rough guide to quickly and efficiently get to 110. Hope it helps!

Doesn't matter, you'd die anyway. ;D Shroud's a hacker. After many hours of deep thought I have came to that conclusion.
