Lately we've only had a few players who log in at inconsistent times. We're still working on development, though. A few updates in the works which may bring some players back.

I hear a handful of reports of lag but I've never really experienced it. Possibly it's happening when the server does something periodically. I can try to run some profiling to see if it's on the server's end but lag is generally pretty difficult to diagnose.
