In theory it's possible but it's unlikely to be practical so I don't expect it to come soon.

Realistically there are two ways to do it. The first that would give the best results is to completely redesign every character to give a new version with the changes as described. However this would take a huge amount of time and gains are unlikely to be worth it.

Second way you can use that is a lot faster is simply to distort the images so that you make them wider and maybe shorter. Even programs like paint can do it so you can scale an image so it can be for example 150% width and 80% height and can end up looking more like a fat dwarf than a kid.

If you wish to contribute towards the project with new artwork I'm sure it would be welcomed if that's something you're interested in doing
Doesn't matter, you'd die anyway. ;D Shroud's a hacker. After many hours of deep thought I have came to that conclusion.
