I've adjusted the drop rates in gt3, please test and comment.

I think the artifact Hallowed Book of Prayers...Ground is going to randomly drop in GT3 as a no drop item and for those who are blessed (meet the requirements) when they read this holy book they will have the knowledge of the Priest spell Holy Ground...
Slowly making my way to GT3 to see the new drop rate, I like to actually take the long way and not the stairs. I think I'll be busy today with RL (*sigh* waiting for retirement) so I should be in GT3 by tomorrow.
