Also how do you find the firebreathing skeletal dragon in the jagged caverns I cant seem to find him is there a secret cause I run into a dead end circle with no firebreathing dragon.

To be clear, we 3 players are camping kaotM without success (not kaotW). Many many kills, many levels made, no drop. We don't really complain (although we are more or less forced to give up such hard camp), we were just wondering if something is wrong.

I made some interesting maths for a better understanding.

Suppose drop rate is 1/n (with n an integer).
The probability to loot item in less than n/3 kills is about 28%
The probability to loot item in less than n/2 kills is about 48%
The probability to loot item in less than n kills is about 63%
The probability to loot item in less than 2n kills is about 86%

We have now a good idea of what an insane drop rate is : for example, if rate is 1/3000,  making 2000 kills only gives you a 48% chance to loot. Making 6000 kills still gives you 14% chance to obtain nothing.

(For those who know, it's a simple use of geometric law, with the assumption that n is high enough; n>=150 already works)

@ Dunsh the shoulders you're looking for are dropped by the Barrow Wright in Treasure room for the Tower of Bebiness.

Having returned I figured I would try to update the guide. However I've noticed quite a few things have changed so I'm unsure exactly what is out of date. So far I'm aware of following changes

Killrin Priest Gear stat changes
Killrin Priest Helmet added to MV
CMOTLE added to Xeractor's Lair
Elemental Bracers in JC have stat changes

I know I have found a Pendant of Agrion of the Priest in MV and I know of a couple of people who have found a Pendant of Agrion in Maus although I have no idea if they are random drops or campable.

If there are drops in the guide that have changed please let me know so I can remove them and if anything has been added it's appreciated if someone can let me know so I can add them.
