I think, there should be a highscores system implanted for the game. Detailed highscores ranging from rank and skill in different aspects of the game. It would be a very enticing element; many people enjoy seeing their rank go up.
thats btw one reason we installed this website - and the work i did to the game server. With the login server we will connect the website live with the game server(s). There we will get the data from like highscores and all - but also send stuff to the server. Its a bit work and i need my 10 days holiday first - but then we will go for it :)
I believe that is planned once the game and website accounts are merged together. The merged accounts would then make it possible to implement features such as this. It's one of the reasons why merging the accounts is a good idea.

not such a bad idea. BUT what would the rank be based upon? because a lot of people would be first if it was based around level of skills.
