Well, I read the new banner contest post and it said bright colors so i picked the brightest i could find.
Yeah... the 60's and LSD was my first thoughts... Even it looks pretty funny :) The effect is nice and for sure useful for some kind of websites
not to into the psychedelic look of this one...
