If he asked at the same time for admin rights for the site, i think he's quite serious...
I feel that dude either wants to be put 'above the rest' or wants to contribute, being not sure how...

If you want to, you could give me edit access to the Wiki.

The documentation about how to install Daimonin on Linux, including known problems on certain distributions like Xandros or how to download and install SDL including SDL_image and SDL_mixer if they don't come with the distribution, could be provided / enhanced by me.

Also, I would take care that install information and file paths are always both ways, Windows and Linux/Rest, whenever I have sufficient information. I noticed that some pages only show Windows paths. This is of course understandable, someone had to start with the Wiki and the diverse topics. If (s)he has windows, how should (s)he tell the Linux paths then. Someone with Linux should supplement the Linux-relevant information, I could do this.

Where appropriate, I would help out with some screenshots. The "First Steps" section for instance is a great textual introduction on how to use Daimonin, but imho it's a bit deadpan, some graphics and headings could loosen it a bit.

Having committed more than 300 changes to http://de.wikipedia.org/ (including the articles about Crossfire and Daimonin) ;) I'm already a bit experienced with the usage of Wikis.

I want to write some documentation (in a systematic approach) about the game play (eg. Howto/rules/data pages), and request for Wiki write access.

And I highly recommend separating the Player Manual and the DM Manual.

Of course, I need some discussion about the outline and the guildline (what is not to be included.)

You are welcome.

I suggest you join the irc channel at #daimonin at irc.freenode.net and
the daimonin developer email list (Check the developer area for it).

There you can get direct in touch with the dev team and that discussion.

darigon... If you read this thread carefully, you will note that we have
included here a very small test.

We want from people asking for wiki write access a small note about what
they like to do.

You failed with "can i be apart of wiki" miserably...

So, 2nd chance from me: Yes, you can have write access - when you give
me a rough impression what you want to write, add or change?

I might as well request access here.
I can't say I have anything immediate to contribute, but my english is moreorless fine and there's the possibility I'll come across something with the spontaneous urge to document it. ;)

I also have previous experience with wikis, having worked with and setup wikis previously, and found them an excellent collaborative documentative tool.

Can I have access to the Wiki?

I'd like to write stories about maps that I am making, and the nation that it is in.

I am a new player, and I sought information about how to buy from shops and sell to shops. Unfortunately, there wasn't any information on this, and I had to learn by myself.

I think that I can write up material that will greatly help new players.
