So I just thought up this new forum game, that may be fun, its called Dev, Vol, or Player.
The first person (that will be me) posts a name of a famous person (real or fictional-but try for names that many people will be familiar with), then the next person has to say whether the famous person would be a Dev, Vol or player in our Daimonin community, then posts a famous person of their own and so on...

Firstly, i'd like to suggest to add another category: mob (for Osamas, Adolfs, Josefs and alike ;))

But okay: Henry VIII - absolutely a dev! He had great new ideas (eg a new church), he moved from player (he is famous for having been a sportsmen) to non-player, and he got some problems b/c of his way of developing things (eg his six weddings ...). ;D

What about Sokrates?

Socrates - Definitely an enthusiastic player.... provided the world with new ideas... could not implement some of them because of lack of resources. Great teacher to new players ( Philosopher like Plato). Got killed (banned of life)because of his uncensored ideas which some found offensive and traitorous ( without a fair hearing from his side).

Shakespeare?

Hmmm... vol... He was clever, but never really realised for his full potential while alive. So thats why.

Plus every 16 y/o misbehaviour hates him.

A player, though a noob as he died in battle, no matter how gloriously.

Pele.

hard to say, but although he has been a player, he now is a volunteer, I'd say.

hmm... GM.

Although she acts Badass, she pretty normal and does a load of great work for charity etc and is very talented. I would say her attitude might hold her back from DMing.

First and foremost, a player.  Always getting in on the action.  But worked his way up to dev.  And dabbled there a little.

Spielberg?

Coder, if we're allowed that.

He's quiet behind the scenes working really hard to make it work and willing to take a lot of glory for it.  No offence Dev team ;)
