I am curious about the drop rate for a rom, is it 1/10 000, 1/25 000, etc. My understanding is that a rom and roa are true random drops and can not be camped and as such knowledge of the drop rate will not in anyway affect game play. I would only like to know as a player who really hopes to find a rom one day (little interest in a roa) if the statistical chance is very close to zero or very very close to zero, or may be I will have a chance after 50 000 kills and 5 years of playing. Or can a friendly Dev point me in the right direction of where I can find such information.

Well I dont know about anyone else but I have killed in the 100's of '000s and still not had an RoM drop.  But this is in the nature of randomness, Boruta has iirc had 2 drop in DT.  So I cant help you with a figure.  It is a rare ring to have drop, but should you get 1 i would be interested in bidding for it if you choose to sell.
