Trying to recover my in-game account. Not sure if I am pre/post-wipe.

I'm having trouble remembering my in-game account/password. I'll provide all the information I have in hopes to recover Vaelin and the account he resides on. I've tried creating a character with his name yet it tells me it's already in use, so I assume my account/characters still exist?

All insight and/or help is greatly appreciated!
