Hey all!
     I'm new to the game here and was going through the character creation process when I noticed that the only race(s) that don't have 12 charisma points were the male and female elves.
     This in and of itself doesn't bother me (maybe elves are more surly than other races in this world?), but when I crunched numbers on each race the elves total 88 stat points, whereas everything else totals 89. I've searched the fora for info on it, but nothing came up.

     Is this an intentional deficit? If it isn't intentional and I make an elf character and the race's base stats get adjusted, will that adjust my created character's stats?
