I'll test on 64-bit Mint 16 tomorrow. I'm probably going to install some other distros/32-bit versions via virtualbox for code testing so I can try this too if and when I do.

I just tried the most basic (gtk script, install single user, no distro specified), It successfully dls and compiles the source and puts a shortcut on my desktop. BUT this doesn't work, because the shortcut points to ~/Games/daimonin but the game is installed in ~/.daimonin.

If I run it from there though, it works fine.

But alsl the installer grabs the source from trunk, which is the development code. Change to main.

I've added v0.5 of the scripts to the sourceforge SVN (trunk/project_tools/installer). Please commit your change there from now on. We can use the automatic tarball as the permanent dl URL (I'll update Daipedia later) like we do with client source dls.

I prefer to keep all official arms of the Daimonin project in one place.

I can't remember if you were given SVN commit access previously or not. If not, just reply with your sourceforge.net user name and I'll add you.

Added. I think, sf have changed their interface again, but it seems pretty simple.

Also, please subscribe with your demoniopuerto @ users . sourceforge . net address to this mailing list: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/daimonin-cvs

It's an anti-spam thing and means your commits are emailed to everyone on the list (ignore the name, it's old -- we do use subversion).

(Subscribing seems quite hit and miss and takes a random amount of time)
