Ziggs reported to me today that he just completed Fanrir's third quest and did not get a weapon after completing Fanrir's third quest because he had already done the quest on the same character (deleted, restarted). IIRC this was discussed quite a while back when B5 was only on Dev. I can't remember, but is there a reason datastores aren't deleted when characters are deleted?
