At around 1:00pmish GMT (which is around 6:00am my time, which is around when I usually play). Although my hope is that items will not be found immediately after I drop them, but that throughout the day when people log on they will still have stuff to look for (check the forums though as people should post items they find).

The event calendar says it starts in 3 hours (atm it is 6:00pm my time 4/5,1:00 am 4/6 UTC), but it actually will start in 12 hours or so...
