Works like a charm. :)
Thanks, any error that appears when installing the game, let me know and I'll fix it. ;)
Hi coringao. This was a nice surprise as I was just looking into an installation issue reported with Ubuntu 13.04: http://www.daimonin.org/forums/tech-support/can%27t-install-on-ubuntu-gn...
Hello, I am announcing the game "Daimonin" packaged for distributions: Debian 7 (Wheezy), Ubuntu 12.04 to current versions.
UBUNTU GAMES REPOSITORY: (http://www.ubuntugames.org/repository) - Language Portuguese
$ wget -q -O - 'http://archive.ubuntugames.org/ubuntugames.key' | sudo apt-key add -
$ sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.ubuntugames.org ubuntugames main"
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install daimonin
$ apt-get source daimonin
The aim is to promote the game but to help users and beginners or not in distributions based Debian/Ubuntu Linux.
Can we link this to the sourceforge page until Daipedia is fixed?
Correcting the debian packages of the game and release source code of the package.
Its not that i don't know how, its because i don't feel the need to at times.
@blingking Who you callin' a youngin' *sarcasm*
leave the lil youngin alone lol xD
I know how to google. :P
xP Legend Quests rules!
Awesome, Blade knows how to use Google! :)
Now if we could just teach Killest how...
"Used as an acknowledgment during a discussion of a good or clever point made at one's expense by another person" yay for google!
You mean, "touché"?
Although I'm not sure you know what that means.
I am in the pain of listening to Killest.
Oh and speaking of new content for beta 5 and so on, checkout my Daimonin News Forum thread. this is for those who don't know of all the current events.
Not really. First of all, Blade hasn't even played B5 yet. Second of all, players are still enjoying the new features I'm working on for beta 5.
@blingking We are all in pain of the wait for the one and only Beta Six to arrive, bro.
What no new beta server? lol
how do i get the SVN version.
gimme link plz
Actually, I believe it to be evidence that it is *foolish*.
I never heard of this 'SVN version'
So i don't think that teaching me to compile is so foolful
Well whether or not it's been updated depends on when you last used it. It hasn't been updated recently, though. You might find new stuff in the SVN version, but you'd have to compile it yourself, and I'm not going to be the fool who tries to teach you to compile.
Has Client3D been updated yet?
Building the client under different operating systems or making your own changes to it.
what are the 0.10.6 source files for?
